2) Does it make sense, or is it a little confusing? Discuss what is not clear, and suggest improvements. - The question is a little bit confusing because.. well it was very creative and odd(?) (in a good way) so at first we were kind of confused about how we had to set up the equation.
3) Are there any grammatical mistakes? How should they be corrected? 1. 'After buying,': 'After buying the presents,' 2. 'Also, a smurf crept': 'Then, a smurf crept'(The changed one sounds better)
4) Is the story creative? How could it be made better? - We thought that it was very creative and fun, and we think the story itself was very near perfect.
5) What are the positive points about the word problem? - The word problem was very fun and creative, so we (the solvers) enjoyed coming up with an equation (:
